to build relationships, drive placements, and grow a book of business across

any industry you choose .

This is a

full-desk, high-impact role

where you own the process-from client acquisition to candidate placement-with

uncapped commission and accelerated earning potential from day one .

Compensation Structure (Built for High Performers)

Base Salary

$50,000 - $60,000 +

uncapped commission
Commission Model (Gross Margin-Based)

Temporary Staffing (Weekly Spread / GP):

10% on first $10K GP/month

15% on $10K-$20K

20% on $20K+
Direct Hire (Placement Fees):

20% of fees up to $50K billed

25% on $50K-$100K

30% on $100K+
Accelerators & Fast-Start Bonuses

We reward speed and success early:

$1,000 bonus

for your first placement within 30 days

$2,000 bonus

when you cover your base salary by Day 60

+5% commission accelerator

on all deals after breakeven within your first 90 days
What You'll Do

Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building

Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions

Source, recruit, and place top talent across a variety of industries

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle-from intake to offer

Build and grow a profitable book of business
What We're Looking For

Experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or business development preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to earn and grow

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
