eWe are seeking a data-driven Marketing & Growth Specialist to lead customer acquisition and lead generation efforts across multiple brands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building scalable marketing systems, optimizing conversion funnels, leveraging automation, and driving measurable business growth

This is not a traditional social media management position. The successful candidate will focus on paid acquisition, lead generation, marketing automation, conversion optimization, and revenue growth. You will own the customer journey from initial ad engagement through appointment booking, nurture campaigns, and conversion

The ideal candidate has experience managing paid media campaigns, building high-performing funnels, analyzing performance data, and implementing marketing automation strategies that generate consistent results

Key Responsibilities
Paid Media & Customer Acquisition

Develop, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms

Monitor and improve campaign performance metrics, including lead volume, lead quality, cost per lead, customer acquisition cost, and return on ad spend.

Build and manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns

Allocate and manage advertising budgets to maximize performance

Support growth initiatives across additional channels, including Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platform

Funnel Development & Conversion Optimization

Design and optimize landing pages focused on lead generation and conversio

Build end-to-end marketing funnels that guide prospects from awareness to appointment booking

Conduct ongoing A/B testing of offers, messaging, audiences, and conversion paths

Continuously improve conversion rates through data-driven optimization

Manage lead capture systems, forms, CRM integrations, and tracking mechanisms

Marketing Automation & CRM Management

Create and maintain automated email, SMS, voicemail, and nurture campaigns

Develop lead-routing workflows and follow-up sequence

Build scalable automation systems that improve efficiency and lead conversion

Leverage CRM and marketing automation platforms to streamline processes and reporting

Collaborate with leadership and creative teams to develop effective marketing campaigns

Create testing frameworks to evaluate messaging, offers, audiences, and creative assets

Identify high-performing campaigns and scale successful initiatives

Recommend new growth opportunities based on campaign performance and market trend

Analytics & Performance Reporting

Track campaign performance, attribution, and funnel metrics

Develop regular performance reports and dashboardsAnalyze data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth

Present insights and recommendations to leadership

Consistently generating high-quality leads at efficient acquisition costs

Building scalable marketing funnels that convert prospects into appointments and customers

Establishing reliable attribution and reporting systems

Driving measurable growth across multiple brands and marketing channels

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or paid media management

Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms

Knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, or other digital advertising channels

Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization

Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and workflow development

Proficiency in analytics, tracking, attribution, and performance reporting

Ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations

Strong testing mindset and analytical problem-solving skills

Preferred Experiences

Financial services, mortgage, insurance, real estate, or other highly regulated industry experiences

Experience with appointment-setting or lead-generation organizations

Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, or similar to

Experience managing multiple brands, campaigns, or business units simultaneously

Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools and automation technology
