About the Role
One of our clients is seeking a Content Production Analyst to support its Asset & Wealth Management team. This role is focused on managing content publishing, updates, metadata administration, and quality control activities within the Seismic platform. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

Manage content updates, additions, and publishing activities within the Seismic platform.

Own and optimize the end-to-end content intake, review, publishing, and maintenance workflow.

Review content for accuracy, metadata completeness, internal coding requirements, and quality control standards.

Monitor notifications, automated workflows, and approval processes within Seismic.

Coordinate with content owners to ensure timely submission, review, and approval of materials.

Upload content and maintain associated metadata records.

Track content completion metrics and generate reports to monitor publishing activity and platform utilization.

Assist with content governance processes and compliance requirements.

Serve as a key point of contact for content owners and internal stakeholders.

Communicate publishing procedures, workflow requirements, and process updates to team members and contributors.

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and content management processes.

Support a global team as they build and enhance content and document management workflows.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience with content management, content production, or content operations.

Experience working with the Seismic platform.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Experience interacting with multiple stakeholders and gathering information to complete tasks accurately.

Ability to follow structured operational processes and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with metadata management and content governance practices.

Experience creating and distributing reports, dashboards, or content performance metrics.

Experience in Asset Management, Wealth Management, Financial Services, or related industries.

Exposure to marketing operations, service marketing, investor communications, or document management environments.

Understanding of workflow management and content approval processes.
