Seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Sales Development Representatives, this full-time remote position will lead the SDR team, refine prospecting strategies, and build a metrics-driven pipeline to deliver high-quality leads to Account Executives, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring three days per week in Nashua, NH.
Key responsibilities
Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team of SDRs and SDR Managers
Develop and execute strategies to fill the sales pipeline with qualified leads, ensuring targets are met or exceeded
Continuously optimize outreach techniques, call scripts, email cadences, and qualification criteria
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, with at least 3+ years in a management or leadership role
Demonstrated success in building and managing inside sales or SDR teams that meet or exceed quotas
Deep understanding of modern sales methodologies, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and outbound prospecting
Strong operational knowledge of CRMs (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and sales engagement tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
