Converting high-quality inbound leads into long-term customers, the full-time SMB Account Executive will own the full sales cycle, engage with SMB merchants across various industries, and supplement their pipeline with outbound prospecting in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Key responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from initial conversation to closing with SMB merchants
Engage and convert a steady flow of warm inbound leads while supplementing with outbound prospecting
Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and track pipeline performance in Salesforce
Required qualifications
1-2 years of inside sales or full-cycle closing experience in a fast-paced SaaS or SMB-focused environment
Proven ability to exceed quota and close business in a high-volume, short-cycle sales environment
Strong CRM fluency, preferably in Salesforce, with a data-driven approach to activity management
A hunter's mindset with disciplined outbound outreach capabilities
Curiosity and empathy to understand customer needs and position appropriate solutions
