Converting high-quality inbound leads into long-term customers, the full-time SMB Account Executive will own the full sales cycle, engage in outbound prospecting, and collaborate across teams to drive measurable impact for small and midsize businesses.
Key responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from initial conversation to closing deals with SMB merchants
Engage and convert warm inbound leads while supplementing the pipeline with outbound prospecting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and track pipeline metrics in Salesforce

Required qualifications

1-2 years of inside sales or full-cycle closing experience, preferably in a SaaS or payments environment
Proven ability to exceed sales quotas and close business in a high-volume, short-cycle context
Strong communication skills, including phone, video, and written formats
CRM fluency, particularly in Salesforce or similar tools, with a data-driven approach to activity management
A hunter's mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and a team-first attitude
