Growing an established spirits portfolio in the On-Premise customer base with a moderate focus on opening new accounts within an assigned territory through consultative sales. Sales are business-to-business oriented; success relies on quickly building relationships and dedication to servicing accounts. Understanding how to bring value to a business relationship is important.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure consistent customer contact
Plan and execute sales initiatives
Handle all customer-related issues promptly and friendly
Have full understanding of products and promotional schedules
Make effective sales presentations
Achieve assigned company objectives and grow business successfully
Identify and nurture new and undersold accounts
Use all available POS to enhance selling efforts
Have knowledge of all deals, programming and initiatives the company offers
Follow necessary steps when making sales calls
Perform reliable and consistent customer service to accounts
Engage in face-to-face interaction with customers
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Handle all paperwork issues promptly and properly
Required Qualifications
Self-motivated, disciplined, goal-oriented, timely, and able to prioritize
Results driven
Excellent communication skills with a range of buyer types
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong presentation building and presenting skills
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Reliable transportation and proof of insurance
Availability to work outside 8:00-5:00 schedule, including early evenings and occasional weekends
Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales representative role or higher
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Must pass criminal background and MVR checks
