Your Responsibilities
- Own and continuously evolve the PALFINGER BPM framework, standards, templates, and lifecycle; ensure consistent use of BPM tools (e.g., SAP Signavio) and TOGAF tools.
- Lead the development and maintenance of the enterprise end‑to‑end process architecture; govern process design, review, and documentation quality.
- Ensure cross‑domain end‑to‑end process integration across the global template; manage dependencies, handovers, and integration checkpoints and escalating design conflicts and risks.
- Own and govern the BPM training strategy (concepts, onboarding, learning paths) to enable sustainable process adoption in the functional organizations.
- Build and develop a multidisciplinary team; manage stakeholders and represent BPM&A topics in governance bodies and transformation programs and improve the community of BPM users at PALFINGER globally.
Your Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred) or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Process Management (e.g., Business Architect, Business Process Manager/Expert, Process Owner, Process Improvement Specialist), incl. extensive BPMN 2.0 modelling expertise.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience (incl. matrix leadership) with a proven track record in stakeholder management and project delivery in complex, cross‑functional environments.
- Strong experience with BPM tools (minimum 3 years with SAP Signavio or comparable); familiarity with BPM methodologies/frameworks (e.g., PDCA, CPI, Six Sigma, APQC).
- Proven expertise in process integration and solution architecture (e.g., SAP S/4HANA end‑to‑end process design, interface/integration concepts); SAP Activate and SAP Signavio know‑how preferred.
- Fluency in English; German proficiency preferred; SAP solution/enterprise architecture experience and SAP Activate and SAP Signavio knowledge are a plus.

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 60 962,30 based on full‑time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market‑conform overpayment.
