Role Overview
We're searching for an Assistant Director of Sales (business travel) who is motivated to help our busy hotel meet its sales targets. You will be in charge of developing our business sales strategy and revenue objective, assisting with training and assessing our sales employees, and ensuring that we create new and recurring business across various hotel sectors.
Responsibilities
- Managing and leading the sales staff
- Managing select key accounts with a focus on transient business and business travel
- Mentoring and training sales staff
- Recruitment and hiring of sales staff
- Leading sales meetings
- Working with catering and convention services
- Involvement with the annual business plan process

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $70,000 to $80,000 annually
