Job Summary
Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the District Sales Manager (DSM) is responsible for leading a group of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) that are accountable for in‑store execution for a set group of essential customers. You will drive sales volume, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and coach/develop your team.

Responsibilities
All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with:

Lead and coach a team of Account Sales Managers.

Drive sales volume and meet or exceed sales targets.

Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Ensure effective in‑store execution for essential customers.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.

Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.

Valid U.S. Driver’s License and DOT Medical card.

Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.

English; additional languages an advantage.
