Job Title: Solutions Launches Video Director

Location: Hybrid, San Francisco, CA

Job Summary:

Responsibilities Lead creative development of solutions-focused video: product demos, webinars, event videos, customer conversations, and animated hero videos
Own end-to-end production of live and virtual events - developing narratives, directing speakers, and managing AV partnerships
Translate complex technical use cases into compelling video narratives in partnership with product and content marketing
Oversee all production phases from pre-production through delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and external vendors
Direct editors and voiceover talent on demos that communicate Claude's capabilities to technical and non-technical audiences
Build and maintain a reusable library of enterprise video assets for marketing, sales enablement, and customer education
Guide post-production workflows: editing, motion graphics, screen capture, and sound design
You may be a good fit if you Have 6+ years of video production experience, with significant B2B or enterprise technical content
Have a portfolio demonstrating ability to make complex technical concepts accessible through video
Have experience producing and directing webinars and live virtual events at scale
Understand enterprise buyer journeys and can create content that maps to them
Can manage external vendors across the full production lifecycle
Are a strong communicator across marketing, product, and executive stakeholders
Can manage multiple concurrent productions with competing timelines
Strong candidates may also have Background in B2B technology or enterprise software marketing
Familiarity with AI industry and enterprise/developer adoption
Experience with screen capture and making software demos visually engaging
Skills in motion graphics or animation for explaining technical concepts
Track record of content that has driven enterprise pipeline or product adoption
