Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Design and execute existing auxiliary programs including but not limited to Extended day, Enrichment, and school break Camps, in coordination with academic divisions heads.
Coordinates, manages, and promotes auxiliary programs, by ensuring online registration/payment sites are appropriately functioning, effective parent and teacher communications, purchasing of supplies and materials, and maintaining a staffing schedule.
Responsible for scheduling, providing announcements and advertisement to the Director of Communications and Marketing in a timely manner.
Supervises 3:00pm transition and serves daily snack.
Purchases snack items and maintains resources for daily activities for Extended Day.
Coordinates onsite childcare for Conference Days, Professional Development Days and Workdays, including faculty/staff student care.
Assists with carpool as instructed.
Serves as a backup substitute for daily absences and/or needs within any division.
Performs other duties as determined by supervisor.
*This position will also support and/or lead physical education programing, depending on the needs of the school.
Qualifications
Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent administrative experience, preferably in education.
Ability to build, coach, and manage a team
Strong knowledge of Preschool, Elementary and Middle School child development/standards of care
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Proven ability to multi-task
Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds required.
