A global athletic brand is seeking a Global Brand Manager to support the development and execution of global brand strategies for the Sportswear business. In this role, you will connect consumer insights, product priorities, and seasonal storytelling to create integrated brand plans that drive consumer relevance and business growth across global markets. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate strategic priorities into impactful execution, ensuring consistency, clarity, and excellence across all brand initiatives. The role requires collaboration with creative, digital, retail, and geography teams to deliver cohesive seasonal campaigns and adapt global strategies to local market needs.

Requirements for the Role:

6–8 years of experience in brand marketing, brand management, or related functions

Strong ability to translate strategy into actionable execution plans

Experience developing and supporting integrated marketing campaigns

Ability to analyze consumer, cultural, and marketplace insights and convert them into brand opportunities

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working across multiple stakeholders

Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify and articulate complex ideas clearly

Passion for sport, culture, and consumer-driven brand experiences

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environments

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

6–8 years of experience in brand marketing, brand management, or related roles

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

Experience working within a global or matrixed organization

Exposure to integrated marketing across digital, retail, and consumer touchpoints

Experience partnering with creative teams to develop marketing briefs and evaluate creative work

Familiarity with seasonal planning processes and brand storytelling frameworks

Experience collaborating with global and geography teams to localize brand strategies

Strong understanding of sport, culture, and lifestyle consumer trends

Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting to changing business priorities
