Owning the end-to-end customer lifecycle, the full-time Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will design and execute impactful marketing programs across email, SMS, push, and in-product messaging to activate new customers, enhance engagement, and increase subscription value, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities

Develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies for activation, engagement, retention, and referral of subscription products
Map customer journeys and utilize real-time data for personalized communication triggers
Plan, write, and launch lifecycle campaigns, ensuring high-quality messaging and clarity

Required qualifications

5+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing, preferably in a DTC subscription or SaaS environment
Expert understanding of email and lifecycle platforms such as Blueshift, Braze, or Klaviyo
Hands-on experience with a Customer Data Platform (CDP) for advanced segmentation and dynamic content
Proven track record in building and scaling automated lifecycle flows that influence core business metrics
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio demonstrating impactful lifecycle or CRM campaigns
