Driving revenue growth through customer expansion, the full-time remote Customer Growth Sales Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle for existing SMB clients, identifying upsell opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product adoption.
Key responsibilities:
Manage the full sales cycle for customer expansion, identifying and closing upsell opportunities within assigned territory
Conduct deep discovery to uncover customer pain points and position Toast's expanded product offerings effectively
Achieve quota attainment by consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales revenue and unit booking targets
Required qualifications:
2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing role, with a proven track record of meeting sales performance goals
Experience in a high-velocity B2B SaaS sales environment
Strong full-cycle sales skills, including deep discovery and effective closing techniques
Consultative approach with the ability to challenge prospects' perspectives
Highly self-motivated and resilient with a growth and ownership mindset
