Key Responsibilities

Overall safety, quality, performance, customer experience and people development for all delivery station operations.

Drive vision for the station team, create quality initiatives and process change initiatives, and enable the DS to meet and exceed its business plan.

Problem‑solve to close gaps between performance and goals.

Set and clarify requirements and expectations for Operations, Area and Shift Managers; measure performance, provide feedback, and hold Ops Managers accountable.

Manage day‑to‑day relationships with multiple Delivery Service Providers (DSPs).

Present operational metrics regularly to the senior leadership team.

Hire, develop top talent, and implement a talent plan covering acquisition, performance and career management, learning and development, succession planning, and employee engagement.

Leverage Managers by sourcing ideas and incorporating them into improvement plans.

Cultivate a strong culture and engagement throughout all station levels.

Ensure best practices are shared across all departments, shifts, and the network.

Collaborate with key partners such as Transport & Sortation, DSP Management, Finance, Loss Prevention, IT, HR, ACES, and Engineering to secure support and resources for projects and initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

7+ years of direct management experience in a logistics, fulfillment, last‑mile, manufacturing, engineering, production or distribution environment.

Track record of delivering performance and financial results in high‑pressure environments.

Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and lean techniques.

Full‑lifecycle staffing experience, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations.

Strong analytical capability and ability to extract data‑driven solutions.

Excellent communication skills, including local language and English, written and verbal.

Experience managing third‑party resources on a regional
ational scale.

Experience managing contingent workforce during peak seasons.

Flexible to work a variety of hours as business demands, including overnight, weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Operations or related field, and MBA preferred.

Experience in a startup environment.

Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations.

Interest in long‑term career development.
