Job Title
Key Responsibilities:
Define/execute global partnership strategy; build inbound + outbound pipeline
Lead, mentor, and develop the partnerships team; set KPIs
Lead complex multi-stakeholder negotiations (commercial terms, rev-share, API integration, co-marketing)
Partner with Legal/Finance/Compliance on regulatory standards (PCI-DSS, AML, PSD2/open banking)
Own QBRs, KPI dashboards, executive cadences; monitor partner health and churn risk
Act as voice of partner internally; present strategy to C-suite and Board
