The Student Dining Supervisor is responsible for managing operations of the F&B location for student dining at Story Land. The day‑to‑day responsibilities of this role include overseeing assigned F&B hosts, food safety and sanitation, guest service, food preparation and quality controls.

Roles & Responsibilities

Overseethe student dining location and hosts assigned.

Maintainaccuratelevels of inventory and fillout order requests for your location.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment: refrigeration, fryers, griddles, ovens, food warmers, soda fountains, etc.

Plan all student meals (breakfast and dinner) while incorporating items from the USA and other cultures.

Ensure locationremainsclean and stocked.

Complete any requesteddaily/weekly documentation.

Manage any hostscorrective actions.

Coordinate hostlunch and break periods.

Communicatepertinent information betweenmanagement and hosts.

Createan enhanceddining experience for our students.

Manage compliance with NH State Health Department and other inspectors/auditors in your locations.

ObtainServSafecertification (training provided).

Report any potential safety hazards and maintenance requests to management.

18 yearsof ageor older

Punctual,reliable

Flexible schedule

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Able to be productive during slow periods

Able to followdirectionand communicate relevant information.

Able tomaintainhygiene and personal appearance consistent with policies outlined in the Host Handbook.

Able to follow daily tasks as outlined in the food & beverage standard operation procedures.

Able to lift light loads (25lbs.,)to stand for prolonged periods of time (5+hours,)bend/squat, reach and climb/descend stairs.

Assistwith trucks and deliveries when needed

Desire to have fun while creating a memorable experience
