Digital Events Producer

Our client, a leader in the technology and engineering sector, is seeking a Digital Events Producer to join their team. As a Digital Events Producer, you will be part of the Events Management Department supporting the internal engineering communications team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and adaptability.
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Fully Onsite)
Duration: 3 Months Contract
What's the Job?
Manage the end-to-end coordination of large-scale internal engineering webinars and virtual events.
Serve as the primary liaison between video production teams, stakeholders, and presenters to ensure seamless event execution.
Oversee technical setup, rehearsals, and live execution of simulive and VOD sessions, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Administer digital event platforms such as vFairs, Socialive, ZoomEvents, Cvent, and Workfront, maintaining vendor relationships and platform SLAs.
Ensure brand consistency across all recordings, including branding assets, motion graphics, and content quality standards.
What's Needed?
3–5 years of experience in digital event production or a closely related field.
Hands-on experience with platforms such as vFairs, Socialive, ZoomEvents, Cvent, and Workfront.
Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to work across production, technical, and executive teams.
Experience working with video production teams on simulive and VOD workflows.
Proven ability to manage high-volume webinar programs with multiple concurrent workstreams.
