We are seeking an experienced Digital Events Producer to lead the end-to-end execution of a large-scale internal engineering showcase program consisting of nearly 300 webinar sessions . This individual will serve as the central point of coordination between a professional video production team, engineering presenters, and the program steering committee to ensure seamless delivery of both simulive and video-on-demand (VOD) events.
This is an ideal opportunity for a highly organized project manager with expertise in digital event production, webinar platforms, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
What You'll Do
As the Digital Events Producer, you will:
Own the project plan for approximately 300 webinar sessions , managing milestones, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables from speaker onboarding through VOD publication.
Serve as the primary liaison between the video production team, steering committee, and engineering presenters to ensure alignment and successful execution.
Coordinate technical setup, speaker rehearsals, live event execution, and post-event support for simulive and VOD sessions.
Administer digital event platforms including vFairs, Socialive, ZoomEvents, Cvent, and Workfront , while managing vendor relationships and platform performance.
Ensure consistent brand standards across all recordings by coordinating branded assets, conducting quality reviews, and partnering with production teams on graphics, lower-thirds, intros, and outros.
Manage speaker intake, presentation assets, content submissions, and maintain an organized content library.
Oversee VOD publishing, including metadata, tagging, accessibility requirements, and closed captioning to ensure timely release.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
3–5 years of experience in digital event production or a related field
Experience managing high-volume webinar or virtual event programs with multiple concurrent workstreams
Hands-on experience with:
Socialive
ZoomEvents
Cvent
Workfront
Experience supporting simulive and VOD production workflows
Strong project management, organization, and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, production partners, and executive stakeholders
Strong attention to detail with experience maintaining visual brand consistency across digital content
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing, Video Production, Communications, or a related field
Experience supporting internal corporate communications, engineering showcases, or employee-facing digital events
Familiarity with:
Closed captioning workflows
Content management systems (CMS)
Experience working within an enterprise technology environment
