Overview
The In‑House Marketing Representative’s primary objective is to persuade qualified In‑House guests to participate in a sales presentation during their stay on the property. They are responsible for exceeding the guests and owners’ expectations after check‑in by providing resort and area information. The representative must maintain the utmost of integrity and provide a “World Class” experience to owners and guests with every interaction. Must be independently motivated and goal‑oriented.

Responsibilities

Responsible for identifying and scheduling qualified tours for our team of sales consultants. This will include a concentration of phone follow‑ups and some face‑to‑face.

The representative will participate in a proactive team effort to achieve departmental and company goals.

The representative is expected to provide a high‑quality and warm experience to our guests and members.

Must maintain constant communication with the Director of In‑House Marketing for all exceptions and events.

Qualifications

Dependable and goal‑oriented.

Must have reliable transportation.

Self‑directed and independent but works as a team player.

Persuasive interpersonal skills to gain acceptance of an idea, plan, activity, service or product from guests.

Excellent customer service.

Strong oral communication skills.

Strong cash handling skills.

Full availability.

Timeshare marketing experience preferred.

Compensation
Base Pay: $15.00 per hour ($600 per week based on a 40 hour work week)

Variable Pay: Commissions consist of a tiered monthly bonus structure based on tour bookings.

Total Earnings Expectations: Target total compensation is $70,000 per year (Base + Commission + bonus) based on our historical team performance for this role.
