Entry-Level Communications Representative
What You\'ll Do:

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing professional and friendly support

Respond to inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels

Assist with resolving customer concerns while delivering a positive customer experience

Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective communication

Support administrative and customer engagement initiatives as needed

Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor\'s degree preferred (Communications, Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field)

Recent graduates are encouraged to apply

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Customer service, internship, campus leadership, or administrative experience is a plus

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
