Assistant Program Manager - Trafford

The pay range for this position is $22.79–$26.98 per hour depending on experience and education. This position is located in Rutland, MA. There are 2 schedules available: Sunday 7am–11pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 3pm–11pm and Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 3pm–11pm, Saturday 7am–11pm.

$2,000 Sign‑on Bonus .

Additional $250 Bonus if MAP Certified .

Assistant Program Manager – Responsibilities

Be passionate about working with and helping youth.

Provide and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.

Collaborate with the Program Manager/Director to create program vision and a positive working environment.

Assist with the planning and implementation of programming for individuals.

Assist with staffing and other aspects of program management as needed.

Possess a high level of organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Valid driver's license required.

High School Diploma with two years of congregate care experience or Bachelor’s degree with one year of congregate care experience required. Preferred: degrees in psychology, social work, sociology, or related field.

Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Must be able to attend a 2‑week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA.

Must be MAPS certified or able to obtain certification within 6 months of employment.
