Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement a firm-wide talent development strategy aligned with business objectives
Create scalable professional development and leadership programs for various levels within the organization
Provide strategic oversight of the talent acquisition function, ensuring alignment with overall talent development efforts
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
8+ years of progressive experience in talent development, leadership development, or related areas
Professional services experience, with public accounting experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management platforms
Strong understanding of the connection between talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee retention
