Overview
The Associate Marketing Manager, North America Oral Care is a critical execution role with primary responsibility for in‑year activation across U.S. Oral Care brands and store brands within a priority segment(s). The role connects global Oral Care innovation strategy, customer‑specific store brand needs, and disciplined in‑market execution, ensuring that innovation pipelines translate into timely launches, incremental sales, and sustainable category growth.

Scope of the Role

Support the implementation of the Global Oral Care Category Strategy, spanning base business growth, innovation and portfolio expansion and cost and operational efficiency.

Analyze where‑to‑play / how‑to‑win choices and expansion opportunities by segment, channel, geography, and (store) brand.

Translate category strategy into clear multi‑year roadmaps and execution plans.

Lead in‑year activation of U.S. Oral Care store brand / brand plans for the segments responsible, ensuring delivery of innovation, renovation, and customer‑specific launches committed in ABP.

Partner closely with Sales, CS&E, and Supply Chain to deliver on time, in full customer execution.

Manage risks, trade‑offs, and sequencing decisions to protect near‑term results while enabling longer‑term growth.

Ensure innovation resources are focused on the highest value opportunities aligned to segment strategy within the category.

Enable decisive action on urgent customer‑specific new item launches within segment.

Develop and maintain demand generation dashboards, scorecards, and reports that are easy to understand, and actionable.

Share regular performance updates with sales, customers, and Perrigo leadership.

Translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations for marketing and category teams.

Ensure consistent measurement definitions and analytical rigor across demand generation initiatives.

Support leadership reporting for in‑year performance reviews and planning discussions.

Provide analytical support to North America Oral Care category team, including innovation tracking, and competitive analysis.

Support syndication of category insights, volume and value tracking, and performance diagnostics.

Assist with preparation of global category roundtables.

Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of work experience.

Consumer & Customer First Orientation – understanding shopper, customer, and channel dynamics.

Commercial & Financial Acumen – P&L knowledge and ownership with a value‑creation mindset.

Brand Building & Store Brand Expertise – expertise in national brand and private label models.

Strong Analytical Skillset – comfortable with large datasets, performance metrics, and dashboards.

Demand Generation Acumen – understanding how media, creative, and activation drive performance.

Execution Discipline – ability to support multiple initiatives simultaneously with accuracy and pace.

Timeline Management – deep understanding of the drivers that underpin timeliness of critical demand generation initiatives.

Stakeholder Collaboration – effective partner to marketing, category, and cross‑functional teams.

Attention to Detail – high standards for data quality, consistency, and reliability.
