About the Role


The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Global Marketing in Digital Media. The successful candidate will be responsible for international digital marketing, including lead generation, team structure implementation, and coordination across various groups to secure necessary resources. This role involves close collaboration with the global marketing leadership team and other marketing teams to ensure the development of human capital and adherence to appropriate policies and procedures. The AVP will also have managerial responsibilities, participate in goal setting, and oversee budgeting, planning, and project schedules.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least 10 years' in digital marketing and a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. The role requires a proven track record in team development, highly developed qualitative and quantitative skills, and the ability to analyze situations and develop strategic solutions. The AVP will be expected to partner with strategy and planning teams, implement the department's strategic vision, and create a foundation for strong teamwork. Regular executive communications and the ability to promote an environment of collaboration and goal alignment are also key aspects of the position.
