Associate Director, Home Sales & Team Leadership

• Responsible for development and attainment of sales and service objectives through subordinate sales personnel within an assigned geographic area
• Supervises sales and support staff, including responsibility for hiring, training, developing, disciplining and contributing to decision making regarding discharge of subordinate employees
• Oversees Inventory and Compliance of subordinates including licensure, permits and documentation is per policy and procedure
• Will have fleet vehicle management responsibilities
• Interacts with other departments and vendors to resolve issues and develop strategic plans
Requirements
Bachelors degree preferred
3-5 years customer facing sales experience
3-5 years management experience preferred
