This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team where you'll collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and community partners to grow patient access while representing a nationally recognized healthcare organization.
What You’ll Do: Build and strengthen relationships with OB/GYN practices and other referring providers.
Develop new referral partnerships while maintaining existing accounts.
Plan and host provider education events, webinars, networking opportunities, and community outreach initiatives.
Analyze referral trends, market intelligence, and competitive data to develop territory growth strategies.
Partner closely with physicians to identify target accounts and expand referral networks.
Utilize Salesforce and reporting tools to track activity, referrals, and account performance.
Collaborate with marketing to create territory-specific campaigns and educational materials.
Manage your territory independently while consistently achieving referral growth goals.
What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
2+ years of healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical sales experience preferred.
Experience developing physician relationships and growing referral networks.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with experience leveraging CRM and sales data.
Self-motivated professional who enjoys working independently within a designated territory.
Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other CRM/reporting platforms is a plus.
