About the Role
The Company is seeking a UX Creative Technologist, Vice President to lead the hands-on creation of an AI-native design system. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of design and development for a large, global workforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling the design system from the ground up, with a focus on code-first craft, AI-native systems thinking, and elegant design. Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality, accessible code, designing and shipping AI agents and automations, and establishing connections that link the design system to the products and workflows that consume it. The role demands a senior individual contributor with a creative portfolio and a codebase that demonstrate real-world experience in design systems, front-end engineering, and AI.
Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in creative technology, design engineering, user experience, or similar roles.
