Director OF Product Management

For our client, we are seeking a Director Product Strategy And Operations to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Business Services environment.

Location: Seattle, WA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $235,000 – $363,000 annually

Responsibilities

Own product organization rhythm including planning cycles and business reviews

Clarify team outcomes and ensure accountability

Identify and resolve roadblocks and decision-making issues

Drive cross-functional problem resolution for the CPO

Frame strategic trade-offs and translate direction into actionable plans

Lead the end-to-end OKR process for outcome ownership

Define deliverables and expectations for the Technical Program Management team

Qualifications

8-12+ years in product management, strategy, or high-execution roles in tech

Hands‑on experience in business planning, OKRs, and cross-functional alignment

Proven record of enhancing clarity and speed in complex organizations

Strong strategic problem‑solving skills

Entrepreneurial mindset, with startup experience as a plus

Ability to influence across all levels and functions without formal authority
