Macy’s in New York seeks a Senior, Development for the Men’s Shoes and Women’s Wild Pair Shoes to own assortment execution within Macy’s Private Brand program, partner with Sourcing, Design, Buying to translate concepts into samples that meet brand aesthetic and cost targets.
You will manage costings, first-cost analyses, IMU roll-ups, and vendor negotiations, while collaborating across teams and leading product development milestones throughout the season.
