1–4 years experience
Comfortable running client calls independently
Based in New York preferred; open to DC for the right candidate

Active Public Trust or Secret clearance
Interest or experience in investigatory contexts (federal, state, or government)
Background at another technology company
Experience in a small team or startup environment
About the Role This is a client-facing position from day one. Core responsibilities include handling day-to-day customer questions, running support calls, and managing onboarding. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
