Lead Sales Associate: Elevate Customer Experience & Growth

Dollar General is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to maintain a clean, customer-first store and lead team members in daily tasks. You’ll assist customers, operate the cash register, stock merchandise, and help ensure planograms are followed to maximize sales and store profitability.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and some supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
