The Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios organization is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant II who is self-driven, highly organized, resourceful, and proactive to support a VP on the Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios Core Technology team. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests across global teams. The Executive Assistant II will act as a seamless extension of the directors and work closely with other Executive Assistants to foster a positive working relationship within the Executive Assistant community and the wider Prime Video organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an experienced planner, and capable of responding effectively with flexibility, composure, and a good sense of humor.
The individual in this role must understand business priorities, proactively anticipate needs, and drive improvements to build capacity for the leadership team. Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, along with professionalism when dealing with senior executives, are critical. The candidate should complete complex tasks quickly with minimal guidance, respond with urgency when needed, and take effective action without requiring the whole picture. The ideal candidate will work well in a team environment and build strong working relationships inside and outside the team.
