Director of Sales Development

Maven AGI, Inc. seeks a Head of Sales Development to oversee the SDR/BDR function, drive pipeline growth, and refine processes. You will manage forecasts, optimize the tech stack, and shape the next phase of the function to support rapid growth.
You will lead a floor-present team, align with Marketing on outbound motion, and elevate performance metrics from activity to meaningful outcomes. This role is onsite four days per week in Boston, MA.
