About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Global Head of Early Careers to take on a senior, enterprise-level talent leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and evolving the Early Careers strategy in alignment with the company's long-term workforce and leadership capability needs. This includes designing and implementing high-impact Early Careers programs, ensuring integration with talent acquisition, workforce planning, and learning and development, and maintaining a consistent global delivery. The VP will also be accountable for the quality, performance, and outcomes of the Early Careers function, and must be comfortable operating in a complex, global, and regulated environment.
