Video Editor
Location: Orlando, FL (Primarily Onsite)
Employment Status: Direct Hire
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 + Benefits
We're seeking a Video Editor to join a growing in-house marketing team. In this role, you'll work closely with our Content Creators, who handle the filming and production of content, while you take ownership of the post-production process. You'll transform raw footage into engaging, high-performing videos designed for today's social-first audience.

What You'll Do
- Partner closely with a team of Content Creators who capture video footage in-house
- Take raw footage and transform it into polished, engaging content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives
- Edit short-form, social-first videos optimized for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Add graphics, transitions, motion elements, sound, and visual effects to enhance content performance
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain brand consistency across all video assets
- Collaborate with marketing and creative stakeholders to bring campaign concepts to life
What We're Looking For
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience with After Effects and motion graphics
- Advanced skills in Canva
- Understanding of social-first content and current video trends
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Nice to Have
- Experience creating content for consumer brands
- Knowledge of video performance best practices across social platforms
- Photography, videography, or production experience
