Senior Genre Editor — Acquisitions & Author Care

Penguin Random House LLC is seeking an Editor for Del Rey Books. You will acquire 10–12 titles annually, focusing on commercial genre fiction with a speculative edge, guiding them from acquisition through publication in close collaboration with design, production, and marketing teams.
You will serve as the authors’ main point of contact, delivering dedicated author care while acting as in-house project manager and advocate.
