About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategy to join their executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the organization's strategic vision, growth initiatives, and innovation efforts. This role involves leading the development and execution of the strategic plan, partnering with executive leadership to set priorities and performance goals, and ensuring the organization's impact and financial sustainability. The VP of Strategy will also be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement, as well as serving as a trusted advisor to the President & CEO.

Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Strategy include strategic planning and execution, business development and growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness. The role requires a leader who can identify and evaluate opportunities for revenue diversification, new programs, and partnerships, and who is adept at building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 8-10 years' progressive leadership experience in strategic planning, business development, operations, healthcare, human services, or nonprofit management. They should be adept at leading cross-functional initiatives, promoting data-driven decision-making, and representing the organization as a leader in innovation and community impact.
