Social Media SpecialistSharkNinja is looking for a Social Media Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, culture-driven environment and can operate fluidly across three distinct brand identities—Shark Home, Ninja Kitchen, and Shark Beauty. This is not a single-brand role: you'll be the connective tissue across our organic social presence, keeping all three handles moving with speed, precision, and platform fluency.You'll work closely with brand leads and a senior social manager to execute content calendars, monitor trends, manage community, and support influencer activations—making sure every brand shows up consistently, culturally, and on time. A meaningful part of this role sits in influencer operations: reviewing and approving creator content, tracking campaign performance, and maintaining the day-to-day relationships that keep our creator ecosystem running.Content Calendar & PublishingMaintain a shared cross-brand content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube ShortsSchedule and publish approved posts on time across all three brand handlesFlag coverage gaps, conflicting priorities, or whitespace to the senior lead proactivelyPull weekly performance snapshots per brand and share with the teamInfluencer Operations & Content ApprovalServe as the day-to-day point of contact for agencies, creators and influencers across all three brandsReview and approve influencer content for brand alignment, messaging accuracy, and FTC compliance before publishingCoordinate briefing, feedback rounds, and revision cycles with creators to keep campaigns on scheduleTrack influencer content performance—views, engagement, saves, reach—and compile per-campaign and cross-brand reportsManage influencer seeding logistics end-to-end: product allocation, shipping, confirmation, and follow-upMaintain an active roster of seeded and gifted creators per brand, including performance history and relationship notesSupport UGC identification and repurposing—flagging strong creator posts for organic reshares or paid amplificationTrend Monitoring & IdeationMonitor TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts daily for emerging trends relevant to each brandFlag timely opportunities to brand leads and draft reactive content briefs for quick-turn executionMaintain a living trend log the broader team can pull from across brandsConcept UGC prompts and seed ideas that support influencer activations and organic storytellingCommunity Management & EngagementManage comments, DMs, and brand tags in each brand's distinct voiceMonitor UGC and surface reshare or seeding opportunities in real timeEscalate issues, spikes in sentiment, or viral moments to the senior lead immediatelyHelp maintain and evolve a brand voice guide for each of the three brandsCross-Brand Coordination SupportTrack asset status and ensure on-time delivery per platform and campaignCompile monthly performance recap decks with key learnings per brand for stakeholder reviewPartner with creative, ops, and paid teams to ensure influencer content integrates into the broader brand strategyWhat We're Looking For3-5 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or creator operations — agency or brand-side; strong internships consideredHands-on experience supporting influencer campaigns: content review, approvals, briefing, and trackingFamiliarity with influencer management tools—CreatorIQ, Aspire, Grin, or similar—and comfortable pulling performance dataNative TikTok fluency — you understand the platform from the inside, not just as a marketerWorking knowledge of Instagram and YouTube Shorts mechanics and what drives organic performanceDetail-oriented and organized—able to manage creator pipelines, approval queues, and content calendars across multiple brands simultaneouslyComfortable with a social scheduling tool (Sprout Social, Later, Hootsuite, or similar)Strong communicator with a collaborative attitude and low ego—creators and internal teams alike will rely on youCPG or consumer brand experience preferred; agency background equally welcomeBilingual (English/Spanish), particularly for Spanish speaking LATAM supportSalary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below.
