Aria Glass NY is hiring: Part-Time Marketing Coordinator
Aria Glass NY, a specialty glass contractor serving residential and commercial clients across the New York metro area, is seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator to strengthen our brand presence and support business development.
About the role
The Marketing Coordinator will manage our marketing across digital and print channels, showcasing our work in shower enclosures, glass railings, storefronts, curtain walls, and custom architectural glass. This is a hands-on position for a self-directed professional who can both create content and keep marketing efforts organized, working closely with company leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn), featuring project photography and completed installations
- Develop marketing collateral, including brochures, proposals, and email campaigns
- Maintain and update website content in coordination with our web team
- Coordinate the company's presence at trade shows and industry events, including materials and follow-up
- Support outreach and relationship-building with architects, general contractors, and design partners
- Ensure a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong writing skills and a strong eye for design
- Proficiency with social media platforms and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage projects independently
- Experience in construction, architecture, or design is a plus
