About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Senior Director for PP&B Technology to lead the transformation and execution of the technology strategy, portfolio, and organization that supports people, purpose, and brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for modernizing and simplifying the technology landscape, driving transformation across various HR and business functions, and ensuring that technology investments align with and support the company's workforce and business priorities. This senior leadership role demands a proven track record in leading large-scale, multi-year transformations, particularly in the areas of core platform modernization, data ecosystems, and AI-enabled capabilities. The role also requires the ability to influence and challenge executives, build strategic partnerships, and ensure that the technology organization is high-performing, inclusive, and adaptable.
Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business discipline, with a preference for a Master's degree, and more than 5 years' experience in a leadership position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, enterprise platforms, data, architecture, and AI, and be adept at leading teams through sustained transformation. Key qualifications include hands-on experience in modern engineering practices, cloud-native platforms, enterprise SaaS, and AI-enabled systems, as well as a proven ability to build and lead high-performing technology organizations. Financial and operational acumen, business fluency across the relevant domains, and experience in regulated industries such as financial services or insurance are also strongly preferred. The role demands a leader who can foster a culture of innovation, trust, and integrity, and who is committed to the development and well-being of their team.
