I'm partnering with a leading biopharmaceutical company seeking a Associate Director, HCP Marketing to support HCP marketing, peer-to-peer education, speaker bureau programs, and medical congress initiatives.
Contract through December 2026
Requirements
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical marketing experience
• Experience with HCP marketing and/or peer-to-peer education
• Experience supporting speaker bureau and KOL programs
• Experience with medical congress planning and execution
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute HCP and peer-to-peer education programs
• Support National Speaker Bureau strategy and KOL engagement
• Coordinate national and regional medical congress activities
• Manage agency and cross-functional partnerships
• Track program performance and budgets
• Partner with Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, and Medical Affairs
Preferred
• Rare disease or specialty pharmaceutical experience
• Experience working with clinical experts and KOLs
• Strong communication and organizational skills
