What You'll Do
Handle incoming customer calls in a high-volume call center environment

Respond to billing inquiries, account questions, and customer concerns

Investigate issues and provide accurate, timely resolutions

Navigate multiple systems and applications to research customer information

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure complete issue resolution

Maintain professionalism and deliver exceptional customer experiences

Process transactions and support additional business functions as needed

Meet performance and quality standards in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
1+ year of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications
Previous call center experience

Retail customer service experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Strong data entry and computer skills

Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes

Microsoft Word and Excel experience

Sales experience is a plus

Demonstrated leadership skills

Schedule & Training
100% In Office (Not Hybrid)

Regular Shift:

10:30 AM - 7:00 PM CST

Schedule flexibility is required, as hours may change based on business needs.

Training Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
