Sales Marketing Manager

I’m working with a growing construction company in Ohio that is looking to hire an experienced

Sales & Marketing Manager

to lead its sales, business development and marketing strategy.
This is a key leadership hire for the business. They need someone who can build a predictable pipeline, develop new client relationships, drive revenue growth and make sure sales and marketing efforts translate into profitable construction opportunities.
What they're looking for:

5+ years of experience across Sales, Business Development and/or Marketing
Construction industry experience strongly preferred
Proven track record of generating new business and growing revenue
Experience managing sales pipelines, proposals, forecasts, conversion rates and KPIs
Strong CRM experience, ideally Salesforce or similar
Ability to lead, coach and hold a Sales & Marketing team accountable
Strong understanding of how Sales, Estimating, Preconstruction and Operations work together
Established relationships within the Ohio construction market would be a major advantage
The Role:

You’ll have ownership of the sales and marketing function, working directly with senior leadership to identify target markets, generate qualified opportunities, strengthen the company’s brand and improve conversion rates.
You’ll also work closely with Estimating, Preconstruction and Operations to ensure the opportunities being pursued make sense commercially and can be delivered profitably.
Base salary + Company Bonus
