Senior People & Talent Leader: Build the Function

Indie Consulting in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Sr. Manager, People & Talent to build and scale Indie’s people function from day one. You’ll own recruiting, onboarding, comp, benefits, performance, compliance, and contractor programs, partnering with the CEO and senior leaders.
This builder-role requires 6–8 years in recruiting/HR, and experience in marketing/advertising. Hybrid schedule, $95,000–$110,000 plus benefits and bonus eligibility, based in Raleigh, NC.
