Job Responsibilities:Ensure sales forecasts are achieved according to the agreed quarterly forecastsManage BDC expenses so as to not exceed the agreed upon percentage of salesEnsure recording and reporting of all incoming sales inquiries.Produce weekly and monthly reports for the GM and other Senior ManagementMonitor advertising expense and its return on investmentEstablish performance targets for each Business Development Representative (BDR)Monitor and maintain BDC departments financial performance vs. budgetManage and lead the BDR team to achieve a minimum performance of 20% appointments from incoming callsManage the BDR team to contact every unsold opportunity to measure satisfaction and to take or recommend the appropriate actionManage the BDR team to contact every sold customer in accordance with dealership and OEM standardsManage the BDR team to contact all customers during the survey period in accordance with dealership and OEM standardsJob Qualifications:Demonstrate organizational skill and be detailed orientedAbility to collect and analyze appropriate performance metrics- Create appropriate reportsAbility to recruit, train and motivate the BDR teamAlways lead by example: outgoing, personable, energetic, team playerAbility to interact with both senior and peer managers within the dealershipDemonstrate an understanding and devotion to the business interests of the dealershipAbility to create and maintain a professional work environmentMaintain standards for delivering sales opportunities to the sales and/or service departmentsHigh school diploma or the equivalent. College level achievement preferredAbility to read and comprehend instructions and informationFive years of automotive business development center experienceSupervisory experience preferredValid driver licenseProfessional personal appearanceExcellent communication skills
