Role summary

Shape how BoxHillTravel communicates with travellers, media and partners. The PR & Communications Manager develops clear, credible stories that reflect our values—Sincere, Passion and Explore—and protects brand trust across markets.
Key responsibilities

Develop and manage an integrated communications and media-relations plan.
Build relationships with relevant journalists, editors, creators and industry partners.
Create press materials, executive messages, destination stories and launch communications.
Support product, destination and partnership announcements with accurate, audience-ready messaging.
Coordinate interviews, media enquiries and approved spokesperson briefing.
Monitor coverage, sentiment and communications performance, then turn findings into improvements.
Maintain message consistency across Marketing, Sales, Customer Support and partner channels.
Support issue and crisis communications under an authorised leadership and approval process.
What we are looking for

5+ years in PR, communications or media relations; travel or hospitality experience is preferred.
Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
Strong editorial judgement, stakeholder management and attention to factual accuracy.
Experience translating business and destination information into relevant stories.
Ability to manage sensitive issues calmly and follow defined approval protocols.
