About the Role


The Company is seeking a Vice President, Growth Media to spearhead the development and management of a high-performing customer acquisition engine. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of all paid media investments, with a focus on driving efficient and scalable growth. This role demands a leader who can balance long-term brand investment with short-term performance objectives across a variety of channels, including paid search, paid social, programmatic, mass media, out-of-home, audio, and direct mail. The VP will be accountable for delivering measurable business outcomes, such as profitable customer acquisition, media efficiency, and long-term customer value, and will be expected to lead a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous optimization.

Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' progressive marketing leadership experience, with a strong background in performance marketing and customer acquisition. The role requires deep expertise in various paid media channels and a proven track record of improving acquisition efficiency. The VP will also be responsible for leading external media agencies and strategic partnerships, as well as developing strong internal and external relationships to deliver integrated growth strategies. Executive-level communication skills, experience in data-driven decision-making, and a strong understanding of marketing measurement and optimization techniques are essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail, financial services, subscription, or high-volume customer acquisition businesses, and experience with AI, automation, and emerging marketing technologies. An MBA or equivalent advanced business experience is preferred.
