The Account Manager is the primary point of contact for the client organization, typically professionals in administration, human resources, and benefits, and is responsible for being responsive to their needs and building the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Our Account Managers each have a specialty they bring to the role. This Account Manager position will specialize in marketing, ensuring brand consistency and exposure across MYgroup's platforms.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPlay a critical role in the new client organization implementation processConduct database and CRM managementDistribute promotional materials at implementation and upon requestEnsure that all client issues and service requests are addressed by MYgroup in a timely manner and to the expectation of the clientProvide proactive, professional, and friendly follow ups with clientsPrepare and distribute utilization reports on a quarterly basis and interpret as neededCreate and execute email marketing campaignsFacilitate website updates and ensure materials are consistent and on-brandFacilitate orientation sessions in person and via webinar for new and existing client organizationsAttend onsite health fairs for client organizationsSupport the creation of sales presentations and training programsAssist with responding to RFPs and creating proposalsUpdate documents and presentations for consistency and ensure brand cohesivenessProvide potential leads to sales team for consulting solutionsInform assigned clients of new services, partnerships and/or products as they are announced or releasedQualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in marketing/communications or a related fieldMinimum of five years' experience in the account management or marketing fieldAttention to detailRobust copywriting skillsExcellent interpersonal skills both orally and writtenProven project management experience with strong collaboration skills and a focus on completing initiatives on budget and deadlineDemonstrated experience managing databases and account management softwareDemonstrated experience in email marketing campaigns and website maintenanceBasic design knowledge, with Canva experience preferredProficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel, plus Teams and ZoomExcellent presentation and customer service skillsProfessional work ethic and demeanorAbility to multitask and manage time wiselySupervisory Responsibilities: N/ABenefits: Health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, employee assistance program, and 401K.MYgroup is an equal opportunity employer.
